Two prizes are being offered in this Contest with one prize available amongst all participating NISSANTM dealers in NS; NB; NL and PEI and the second prize amongst all participating NISSANTM dealers in AB; MB; SK and YT including no purchase entries in both instances. Subject to Official Rules at https://nissanpathfindercontest.com/official-rules, including a list of participating dealers, how to enter without purchasing a new 2024 NISSANTM Pathfinder®. Contest ends at 11:59:59 P.M. EST on September 3, 2024. Open to legal Canadian residents (excluding the Provinces of BC, ON, QC, NWT and NU) who reside within Canada (excluding BC, ON, QC, NWT and NU) and are of the age of majority in their respective province/territory at time of entry. Two ways to participate: (i) Between July 3 and September 3, 2024 purchase a new 2024 NISSANTM Pathfinder® (any model) from a participating Dealership (See Official Rules Appendix “A” for a list of participating Dealerships). Once the purchase is completed your sales rep will present you with the online entry form to complete or provide you with a QR code to scan and complete the Entry Form; (ii) to participate without purchase see Official Rules (link above) and follow the directions listed in section 4b. No Purchase Entries must be postmarked by September 3, 2024 (the “No Purchase Postmark Date”) and received on or before September 16, 2024 (the “No Purchase Received Date”). Limit one entry per household address regardless of the method of entry. Two prizes are available to be won and each consists of $15,000.00 CAD issued in the form of a cheque. One Prize is available to be won amongst the provinces of NS; NB; NL and PEI and the second prize is available amongst the provinces of AB; MB; SK; and YT. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received by defined region during the Contest Period. Random draws held on September 19, 2024. Each selected entrant must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question and complete a Declaration and Release of Liability Form.
